During this time technology and the traditional layout of offices have changed due to people being able to work more flexibly. 25 years ago more traditional layouts called for solid partition walls and individual office spaces. Today we see more novel layouts with open spaces creating an environment for people to experience more social interaction and networking, driving innovation and creativity in the workplace.
